MondayJobs Ltd is based around a team of highly qualified IT professionals who have worked within recruitment as well as having first hand experience of IT Consultancy. The Mondayjobs team, formed in late 2006, felt that the exorbitant prices other Job boards charged were totally unjust. We believe it’s an employers right, not a privilege, to be able to post IT jobs for zero cost and receive the right results.

Launched in July 2007, MondayJobs has taken a fresh approach to IT recruitment offering employers and recruiters the chance to benefit from our fantastic services at zero cost.

What does this all mean to us?
From extensive market research we have found the average price to post a single job is between one hundred and two hundred pounds.

CV Database – The MondayJobs CV Database is growing everyday, we are constantly attracting fresh new candidates and consultants to the website, giving you the ability to find the right candidate from the moment the position becomes available.

Featured Employer – Starting in September 2007 we will have a featured employer each week. The company’s logo will appear on the home page of MondayJobs and be emailed out to all active jobseekers promoting the company as well as their current positions. This is great exposure to the market place, and gives you the opportunity to sell the work environment to current jobseekers.

Branding – MondayJobs is about to launch its branded job posting service. This will allow you to place your company logo on your advert as well as standard footers / headers to give all your jobs a unified and distinct feel.

Is our data safe?
Recent news articles have brought job boards to the front of media attention. Many reports of job sites being ‘hacked’ and user data being stolen have spread panic among recruiters and jobseekers. MondayJobs employs a team of professionals to make sure our site is 100% secure. Hosted on a dedicated server, based in London’s Docklands, we employ the latest server firewalls and technologies to greatly reduce the risk of attacks. All our candidates and recruiters are screened regularly to ensure the site is being used in the way it is intended.

What’s next?
